Kimberley Yates, Founder and CEO

Kimberley Yates (Grosso) has been a force for change in the food allergy community since 2009 when she first sought a cure for her daughter’s severe multiple food allergies. For a decade, Kimberley has worked to build and bring the allergy community together across the country. In 2009, she joined forces with Dr. Kari Nadeau to raise the resources necessary to transform the spark of an idea for a clinical trial into a world renowned food allergy research center. Thanks to her tireless efforts, today the Sean N. Parker Center for Allergy and Asthma Research at Stanford University stands as the first center of its kind, aiming not only to find better treatments for food allergy sufferers, but to discover underlying immune mechanisms against the diseases and develop a lasting cure.

As the Founder of Latitude Food Allergy Care, Kimberley is taking the progress made at Stanford and other institutions to create greater access to exceptional care, lifesaving treatments and long term support — providing real hope to save and change lives.

Kim previously served as a Special Advisor to the Sean N. Parker Center for Allergy & Asthma Research and continues to enable ongoing research, community engagement and patient advocacy. She is the Co-Chair of the FARE Board of National Ambassadors and is also a Community Advisor for Before Brands, Inc.– a company focused on food allergy prevention.

In her previous role as the Executive Director of WAVC (Western Association of Venture Capitalists), she had the opportunity to learn from and work with thought leaders from across the spectrum of business, finance, government and academics. Kim also has experience in sales at Pure Software, Interwoven, and other software manufacturers. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Redlands. Kim’s journey and her work in the food allergy community have been highlighted in the New York Times Magazine, The Today Show, and ABC News.

Jung Park, PhD, COO

Jung Park has helped build some of most influential healthcare IT and practice delivery systems in the industry. As an original member of the Epocrates leadership team, he led the mobile point-of-care revolution for physicians by leading several functions including analytics, business systems and the market research business unit. At One Medical, Jung transformed primary care by building data teams and platforms, and streamlining corporate operations and compliance programs. At California Skin Institute, he initiated the digital transformation of the largest private dermatology practice in California. As a parent of a child with multiple food allergies, Jung personally understands the life-altering freedom a successful treatment can have for the child and family. Jung holds degrees from Harvey Mudd College (BS) and the University of Michigan (PhD).

Debbie Chizever Taback, Co-Founder

Debbie Chizever Taback has been a key bridge between researchers and the food allergy community for several years, leading the communications for the Sean N. Parker Center for Allergy and Asthma Research at Stanford University. Having worked closely with Dr. Kari Nadeau and other top researchers, Debbie translates the science of food allergy for parents, patients, clinicians and other researchers through multiple channels including digital and printed content, social media, and presentations.

As a co-founder of Latitude Food Allergy Care, together with Kimberley Yates, Debbie is taking the progress made at Stanford and other institutions to create greater access to exceptional care, lifesaving treatments and long term support — providing real hope to save and change lives.

Debbie’s professional experience includes more than a decade marketing medical devices and diagnostics for clients such as Siemens Medical, Carl Zeiss Meditec, Beckman Coulter, and Natus Medical. As the mother of three children with food allergies, she’s experienced first-hand the challenges and triumphs that come with diagnosis, treatment and long-term food allergy care —  empowering a deep commitment to help improve the lives of all families living with food allergies. Debbie holds a Bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University.
