Latitude Food Allergy Care is committed to changing the lives of families living with food allergies by providing access to specialized, personalized and exceptional food allergy care — from diagnosis to lifesaving treatments to long-term support. Latitude is growing a national network of specialty clinics that are 100% focused on food allergies. 

We have proven this new concept in a first-of-its-kind clinic in the San Francisco Bay Area and are now looking to begin our national expansion. Latitude is also looking to grow our team with like-minded, mission-driven professionals who are passionate about improving lives and delivering world class patient experiences. 

The Latitude team has more than 25 years of professional experience working with and supporting food allergy patients going through clinical trials at Stanford, UCSF, Baylor and other institutions, and more than 80 years of personal experience navigating food allergies with our own children. Our combined professional and personal experiences enable us to truly understand the needs of our patients.

We are looking to hire an experienced and hands-on marketing leader to craft and continually adapt our marketing strategy. You will work in partnership with the marketing communications lead and other team members across multiple departments and functions. Your role will tap into your deep knowledge and experience to develop a comprehensive patient lifecycle strategy. You will be well-versed in finding and leveraging data to design and validate marketing initiatives.


  • Lead overall marketing vision, strategy and annual plan  
  • Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness
  • Define and maintain brand standards and ensure consistency across all marketing and communications channels 
  • Design, review and maintain marketing budget
  • Define key metrics — prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth  
  • Forecast hiring needs: build, manage and coach a high-performing marketing team 
  • Develop and execute patient lifecycle strategy: acquisition, engagement, retention
  • Develop partnerships with key stakeholders, external partners, advocacy groups and advisory boards
  • Develop PR strategy

  • Strategic mindset with proven healthcare marketing experience in a senior role
  • Successful patient acquisition track record via consumer and physician channels
  • Proven experience marketing across multiple sites and geographies
  • Strong leadership, analytical and project management skills
  • Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools
  • Digital and social media marketing experience: strong knowledge of SEO, web analytics, Google Ads
  • Thrives working in a fast-moving ambiguous start-up environment — ideally has seen a company through a growth phase
  • Experience in advertising and public relations
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • MBA preferred
