Debbie Chizever Taback, served as a key bridge between researchers and the food allergy community for several years in her role managing communications for the Sean N. Parker Center for Allergy and Asthma Research at Stanford University. She worked closely with Dr. Kari Nadeau, Dr. Sharon Chinthrajah, and other top researchers to translate the science of food allergy for parents, patients, clinicians, and other scientists across communications platforms.
Since 2018, as a co-founder of Latitude Food Allergy Care, together with Kimberley Yates and Julie Bitler, Debbie has taken the progress made at Stanford and other institutions to create access to exceptional care, lifesaving treatments, and long term support for food allergy patients across the country.
Debbie’s professional experience includes more than a decade marketing medical devices and diagnostics for clients such as Siemens Medical, Carl Zeiss Meditec, Beckman Coulter, and Natus Medical. As the mother of three children with food allergies, she’s experienced first-hand the challenges and triumphs that come with diagnosis, treatment, and long-term food allergy care — empowering her deep commitment to help improve the lives of all families living with food allergies.
