Latitude Food Allergy Care is the leading network of clinics providing life-changing testing and treatment, including oral immunotherapy (OIT), to help families with food allergies live more freely. Latitude was founded in 2018 by food allergy parents in partnership with world-renowned researchers to provide an exceptional patient experience specifically designed for the needs of food allergy patients of all ages. Led by board-certified allergists, Latitude has provided evidence-based solutions like OIT to more than 8,000 patients with single and multiple food allergies, including those with the most severe food allergies.
Latitude currently has seven clinics, four in the San Francisco Bay Area and three in NYC, will be opening in Los Angeles in summer 2025, and is expanding across the country.

Responsibilities
- Patient-Centric Care: Provide an exceptional experience, ensuring patients feel valued at every interaction.
- Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, setting a welcoming atmosphere and managing office amenities.
- Patient Interaction: Proactively build relationships and personalize patient care, guiding families through their allergy care journey.
- Appointment and Schedule Management: Proactively confirm and manage patient appointments, maintain detailed records in Epic and Salesforce, and achieve clinic financial goals.
- Administrative Excellence: Manage patient forms, handle billing, order supplies, operate multi-line phone systems, and maintain meticulous records.
- Quality Assurance: Uphold Latitude’s reputation by consistently delivering outstanding service and maintaining high NPS scores while ensuring patient privacy and confidentiality.
- Project Management: Own your projects from start to finish with diligence and thoroughness.

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare administrative role.
- Familiarity with Epic medical software and data entry preferred.
Compensation
- Competitive hourly wage, $25.50+ per hour
- Bonus potential of up to $500 per month after 3 month training period

Location
- 5 days per week in office: 4 days per week in San Francisco and 1 day per week in San Rafael
