Latitude Food Allergy Care is is the leading network of clinics providing life-changing testing and treatment, including oral immunotherapy (OIT), to help families with food allergies live more freely. Latitude was founded in 2018 by food allergy parents in partnership with world-renowned researchers to provide an exceptional patient experience specifically designed for the needs of food allergy patients of all ages. Latitude currently has seven clinics, four in the San Francisco Bay Area and three in NYC, will be opening in Los Angeles in summer 2025, and is expanding across the country. 

We are expanding our team with mission-driven individuals motivated to grow a patient-centric, hospitality-minded model of care to change the lives of food allergy families.

Requirements

  • M.D. or D.O.
  • American Board of Allergy and Immunology certification or eligibility
  • California medical licensure or eligibility
  • Excellent clinical and communication skills

Director of Real Estate & Expansion — Remote with travel

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic professional to lead our real estate selection, space planning, and expansion project initiatives. This cross-functional role is responsible for identifying and securing new sites, coordinating test fits and workplace
design, and managing end-to-end project delivery for office expansion.

Requirements

  • Lead site selection and real estate acquisition efforts aligned with business needs and market strategies.
  • Oversee test fits and space planning to ensure optimal functionality, efficiency, and brand alignment.
  • Collaborate with brokers and Latitude leadership to evaluate properties and negotiate terms.
  • Represent Latitude throughout the design and construction process, taking the lead on design elements when necessary.
  • Manage procurement of furniture and appliances
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for new locations and renovation projects.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders (operations, IT, vendors) to ensure smooth transitions and occupancy readiness.
  • Accept delivery of furniture, equipment, appliances, and supplies and lead clinic set-up.
  • Provide regular reporting to leadership on project status, risks, and opportunities.
  • Travel as needed to manage site tours for prospective sites, open new clinics, and evaluate condition of existing clinics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in real estate, workplace strategy, design management, or project management.
  • Experience with commercial leasing, architectural plans, and vendor coordination.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, or Smartsheet is a plus.
  • PMP or real estate certification preferred but not required.
  • Ability to travel to California, New York and other states
