(Temp-to-Potential-Perm)
Latitude offers hospitality-minded, concierge-level care—setting the standard for what patient-centered service should feel like. We’re looking for a temporary team member (with potential to convert to permanent) who embodies this standard: warm, fast, organized, and proactive.
This role is ideal for someone who can jump in quickly, learn fast, and bring calm, confident energy to a busy clinic environment. You won’t just “help at the front desk”—you’ll be a key part of day-to-day clinic operations and the patient experience.
This role may convert to a permanent position based on business needs and performance.
This role is perfect for you if:
- People constantly tell you, “You’re incredible at multitasking.”
- You genuinely enjoy interacting with people and building trust quickly.
- You’re energized by fast-moving days and problem-solving in real time.
- Going above and beyond is your default, not a special occasion.
- You care about both efficiency and hospitality.
- You have a calming, kind presence—especially with kids and stressed parents.
Responsibilities
Provide Hospitality-Minded, Patient-Centric Care
- Create an exceptional experience for patients and families at every interaction—warm, efficient, and thoughtful.
- Uphold Latitude’s reputation by delivering outstanding service and supporting strong patient feedback.
Operational Support & Clinic Flow
- Support day-to-day clinic operations, helping the team run smoothly and keeping the environment welcoming and organized.
- Assist with office readiness, supplies, and basic operational tasks that keep the clinic moving.
Exceptional Patient Communication
- Communicate with clarity, empathy, and confidence (in person, phone, text, and email).
- Help guide families through next steps and reduce friction in the scheduling and visit experience.
Appointment & Schedule Management
- Confirm and manage patient appointments.
- Maintain accurate documentation in Epic and Salesforce (training provided as needed).
- Support clinic scheduling goals through strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Administrative Excellence
- Manage forms, intake documentation, basic billing tasks, phone systems, and data entry with accuracy.
- Keep meticulous records and stay on top of multiple workflows at once.
Project Support
- Take ownership of small projects and follow them through to completion (examples: organizing forms, improving a workflow, standardizing a front desk process).
Who We’re Looking For
- People who naturally provide “white-glove” service and anticipate needs.
- Proactive, dependable team players who can adapt quickly.
- Strong communicators who balance empathy + accuracy + speed.
- Organized multitaskers who can keep calm under pressure and stay detail-oriented.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare administrative role (or similarly fast-paced, patient-facing setting).
- Epic familiarity and strong data entry skills are a plus.
Term + Conversion Potential
- This is a temporary role, with potential to become permanent based on performance and business needs.
Compensation & Bonus
- Competitive hourly wage
- Bonus potential of up to $250 per month after a 3-month training period (if role extends and eligibility requirements are met)
- Benefits: see benefits section in posting (if applicable based on employment classification)
Why Latitude
This isn’t a standard admin role—it’s an opportunity to be part of a team that treats patient experience like a craft. If you’re ready to bring warmth, hustle, and excellence to a clinic that truly values it, we’d love to meet you.
