Christine Patel is passionate about changing patient lives, and particularly in food allergies, due to personal experience with her own child’s food allergies. She has led commercialization and new product launches at Navigenics, one of the earliest direct to consumer genomic companies, at CLIF Bar and Sun Basket. She began her career at Epocrates, a revolutionary point of care solution for physicians and in marketing and strategy roles at Genentech. She is a founding team member of Pacific Free Clinic, which is now part of Stanford Medical School. Serving the community, Christine has consulted pro bono for several nonprofits for Stanford Alumni Consulting Team, and was the Chair of the Parent and Guardian Association and Board Member at Live Oak School. Christine holds bachelor degrees in Economics and International Relations from Brown University and a MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business. Christine is a recipient of the Women Health Care Executives Lynne Adamson Memorial Scholarship.
