Dr. Brian E. Novick is a board-certified allergist and immunologist. He provides care for food allergy patients of all ages with life-changing specialized care in the Latitude Food Allergy Care Upper East Side location. Dr. Novick has cared for patients in New York City area for decades, most recently as the Medical Director of the Allergy Testing Center in Forest Hills.
Dr. Novick served for more than 25 years as an Assistant Clinical Professor at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where he completed his training in both pediatrics and allergy and immunology. He has published numerous articles in the field of allergy and immunology, including pivotal papers as part of the team that first described AIDS in children.
He is a Diplomate of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology (AAAAI), and of the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology (ACAAI). He is also a Fellow of the Nassau Academy of Medicine and the Past-President of the New York State Society of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology, and The Long Island Allergy/Asthma Society.
