Sarah Kabbert

Sarah Kabbert is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Before joining Latitude Food Allergy Care in 2024, Sarah provided care for pediatric allergy patients at The Elliot and Roslyn Jaffe Food Allergy Institute at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. She also has previous experience providing care in dermatology, neonatal intensive care, and labor and delivery settings. 

Sarah sees patients primarily for oral food challenges and oral immunotherapy in our Brooklyn clinic, alongside Dr. Joanne Moreau.
