Ken Kelly is an accomplished leader of mission driven, high growth companies and has focused in areas of healthcare that lead to measurable improvements and longer lives for patients. He has served in executive roles in a range of settings including start-ups, Fortune 100 and international corporations, and private equity backed businesses.
Most recently, Ken served as CEO of Community Psychiatry (CP), the largest private provider of outpatient psychiatry in California. Ken built and led a team that expanded the company from 22 to 45 locations, added key treatment offerings, and more than tripled the number of clinicians. CP was acquired by Centerbridge Partners and Leonard Green Partners in late 2020.
Prior to CP, Ken led operations at Pacific Pulmonary Services (PPS) which served patients with chronic lung diseases or sleep disorders, and drove DaVita Rx’s nationwide expansion and growth from start up to clear clinical and market leader in its space.
Ken is a former management consultant at Bain & Co., and holds an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a BS in Finance from the University of Florida.
