Sam Shrank

Sam has helped lead growing companies across the Healthcare and Cleantech industries in finance and strategy roles, shepherding multiple companies through private and institutional investment rounds. Prior to joining Latitude as CFO in 2022, he was a member of the leadership team at Peak Dental Services, overseeing financial planning, revenue cycle management, and corporate development. He started his career as a management consultant and then as an equity research analyst at Sanford Bernstein. Sam lives with his wife and two young boys in Boulder, Colorado. He holds BA and MS degrees from Stanford University.
